Flatbush Fest - Logo and Poster Design

I was commissioned to design a logo and poster design for Flatbush Fest 2016, a community event that aims to bring together the neighborhood of Flatbush in Brooklyn, NY. 

I created custom lettering for the logo digitally within photoshop. Below is a time-lapse of how I made the lettering.

And here is the poster design. We wanted to create something that was bright, colorful, and happy.
